Delete your Quadrix account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Quadrix account and associated data. You do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion.
How to request deletion (signed in)
- Open the app and go to Account, or Settings → Account.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Review the first confirmation and tap Continue (Cancel remains available).
- Complete the second confirmation: type DELETE, check all acknowledgments, and reauthenticate.
- Tap Permanently Delete Account.
If you cannot sign in
Email support from the address associated with your account: hello@northbridgeventuregroup.com. Include enough information for us to verify ownership. We will process verified requests using the same deletion controls.
What is deleted or anonymized
When deletion completes, we delete or irreversibly anonymize, as applicable:
- profile and display name
- email association and authentication identity
- device/session tokens
- player settings
- friend or social relationships and multiplayer presence
- Gems and Arena Coin wallet access
- entitlements, unlocked molds and materials
- manufactured collectibles, collection records, and serial-number ownership association
- match history association and notifications
- optional integrations
- analytics identifiers that can reasonably be linked to you
- support data that is not legally required to be retained
Deletion does not grant assets to another player.
Limited retention
When a deletion request is completed, the account is disabled and active account data is deleted or anonymized. Northbridge Venture Group LLC may retain limited records when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, transaction reconciliation, enforcement of agreements, or backup rotation. Retained information is restricted from ordinary product use and deleted when the applicable retention purpose expires (for example: deletion audit up to 7 years; anonymized purchase ledger up to 7 years; security/fraud logs up to 2 years; encrypted backups up to 90 days).
