About this policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Northbridge Venture Group LLC (“Northbridge,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use Quadrix. It is written for clarity — not as a vague marketing promise. Features may expand over time; when they do, we update this policy.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you play, we may process:

Account information — email address, authentication provider identifiers (for example Apple, Google, or email/password), display name, and account identifiers.
Gameplay and progression data — settings, statistics, match history associations, achievements, Studio manufacturing selections, and similar product data.
Device and session data — device or browser storage keys, session tokens, approximate region/language preferences, and connection data needed for online rooms.
Purchase and entitlement records — when purchases are enabled, product identifiers, entitlement grants, and reconciliation metadata required by Apple or Google.
Support communications — messages you send to support, including attachments you choose to provide.
Diagnostics — crash or error reports and limited analytics identifiers used to keep the service reliable (when those tools are enabled).

Guest play may keep much of this data only on your device (local storage) until you create or link an account.

How We Use Information

Operate, secure, and improve Quadrix
Authenticate you and maintain your session
Provide multiplayer rooms and anti-abuse protections
Deliver entitlements, inventories, and Studio manufacturing features
Process purchases and prevent fraud (when purchases are enabled)
Respond to support requests and enforce our agreements
Comply with law and protect the rights and safety of players and Northbridge

Service Providers

Northbridge uses service providers that process limited information only as needed to operate Quadrix. These may include providers for hosting, authentication, database infrastructure, fraud prevention, security, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, and Apple or Google purchase processing.

These providers may process information only for the operational purpose for which it was provided, subject to applicable agreements and law. Essential infrastructure providers are not optional “integrations” you connect from Settings.

User-Requested Third-Party Connections

Quadrix may offer optional connections to third-party services. Northbridge will not initiate an optional third-party service connection on your behalf. A connection occurs only after an affirmative action or request from you.

the purpose
the information involved
the requested permission
a cancel option

Data Sales

Northbridge does not sell or rent personal information.

Northbridge does not disclose personal information to third parties so they can independently market unrelated services to you.

Data Sharing

We may share limited information:

with service providers as described above
with other players when you join multiplayer (for example display name and room state)
with Apple or Google for purchase processing when you buy through their stores
when required by law, legal process, or to protect safety and security
in connection with a corporate transaction, subject to appropriate protections

Data Retention

We retain active account data while your account remains open and as needed to provide Quadrix. When a deletion request is completed, the account is disabled and active account data is deleted or anonymized. Northbridge may retain limited records when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, transaction reconciliation, enforcement of agreements, or backup rotation. Retained information is restricted from ordinary product use and deleted when the applicable retention purpose expires.

Examples of defined retention periods:

Deletion audit records — up to 7 years
Anonymized purchase/ledger reconciliation records — up to 7 years
Security and fraud prevention logs — up to 2 years
Encrypted backups — up to 90 days until overwritten by backup rotation

We do not invent indefinite retention for ordinary product profiles.

Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your Quadrix account from the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account, or from the public deletion page: /legal/delete-account.

Deletion requires deliberate confirmation and recent authentication. After final confirmation, account access is revoked immediately, sessions end, and associated active data is deleted or anonymized. Completed deletions are irreversible. Items associated with a deleted account cannot be transferred to a new account.

Deleting Quadrix does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Apple or Google, if subscriptions are introduced later — manage those through the applicable store account.

Virtual Items and Digital Collectibles

Gems and Arena Coins are fictional in-game currencies. Molds, materials, collectibles, serial numbers, certificates, and rarity labels are digital game features inside Quadrix.

They are not physical assets
They are not blockchain assets
They are not NFTs
They are not cryptocurrency
They are not securities or investments
They do not represent ownership in Northbridge
They have no cash value
They cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash
They cannot be exchanged for gift cards, cryptocurrency, or real-world property
No resale market, appreciation, scarcity value, or profit is guaranteed

When Quadrix says you “own” an item, it means you have an account-level entitlement or limited license to use that item within Quadrix while your account remains in good standing.

Northbridge retains ownership of the underlying software, game systems, 3D models, designs, materials, rendering technology, branding, and other intellectual property.

Children’s Privacy

Quadrix is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please use a strong unique password where applicable and protect access to your device and sign-in providers.

User Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise account deletion through the in-app flow or the deletion page. For other privacy requests, email hello@northbridgeventuregroup.com. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as Quadrix evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the policy in the app and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. The “last updated” date will change when revisions publish.
